Scheduling & Confirmation

Your preferred date and time are submitted as a request and are subject to availability. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive confirmation from My Virtual Home.

Property Preparation

Please make sure the property is clean, staged, and ready to be photographed before our scheduled arrival. Remove unnecessary clutter, personal items, and anything you do not want visible in the final media.

Property Access

Please arrange access to the property in advance. If a lockbox, concierge, homeowner, or other access method will be used, include the appropriate details in your booking request.

Weather & Drone Services

Drone photography is subject to weather, safety, airspace, and flight conditions. If conditions are not suitable, the drone portion of the service may need to be completed at another time.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Late cancellations, same-day changes, or properties that are not ready at the scheduled time may be subject to an additional fee.

Turnaround Time

Photography and virtual tour services are generally delivered by the next business day. Cinematic video services typically require approximately 36–48 hours for editing and delivery.
